The department of biological and agricultural engineering offers two undergraduate degrees:
BSE is offered through the Carl R. Ice College of Engineering and ATM is offered through the College of Agriculture. Both degrees open up a wide range of career opportunities. Both have excellent starting salaries and job placement rates. Many graduates go on to further their education in law, business, medical, veterinary or graduate school.
Many ATM and BSE students gain experience by working with faculty on research projects in the field or in the lab part time while they are students, and add value with summer internships.
