Student Opportunities

We constantly look for motivated graduate and undergraduate students who are interested in air quality topics. A post-doc position is also available for strong candidates.

Graduate Research Assistantship

Master or PhD Graduate Research Assistantship is available in the area of Agricultural Air Quality.

The students can select from a variety of research topics based on his/her own interest and capability to address environment issues impacting sustainability of agricultural production with a focus on air quality, including: measurement technology and sensor development, data acquisition, data mining and analysis, mathematical modeling, environmental impact assessment, climate change, waste management, mitigation strategies and best management practices. Motivated students will have opportunities to participate and receive training in academic publication, grant writing as well as extension activities.

Students from any of the following multidisciplinary backgrounds are encouraged to apply.

Student Helpers

Part-time student helpers are needed for a literature review job. Students will be paid by hours for searching literature online and extracting data from published papers. Working time is flexible. Students with research experiences are preferred.
