I'm the Department accountant and personnel specialist. I maintain accounting records for State, Federal, KSU Foundation, restricted fee and grant accounts related to our research and teaching dollars. This includes accounts receivable, payable, grant reporting, and preparation of various ad hoc reports. My payroll specialist duties involve things like making payroll changes for unclassified, classified and student employees. This includes any personnel actions such as new hires, terminations, funding changes and time & leave reporting.
