Biological & Agricultural Engineering Degree

Biological and agricultural engineers develop the tools to convert land and water resources into useful biological products like food, fiber, energy, chemical feedstocks, and pharmaceuticals. They meet an increasing demand for agricultural and biological products while confronting reduced land, water, and energy resources.

K-State is the only university in Kansas that offers a biological and agricultural engineering degree program. It is a versatile program offering general, environmental, machinery, and processing engineering options. The general option allows areas of emphasis using technical electives.
